We manufactured Two Flutes Endmill by using tungsten carbide with extra-hard material and excellent performance in abrasion resistance. This Two Flutes Endmill is emphasizing in chips ejection and constant usage. It can be used for copper, aluminum, and aluminum copper PC board, such as CCL. It is recommend to apply in PBGA / BOC / CSP and IC Micro-slot routing.
